Figma's Unique Experience in TextCall Design

The TextCall design team leveraged Figma's exceptional collaborative design platform to streamline the design and prototyping process. Figma's real-time collaboration features allowed designers to work seamlessly together, share design components, and receive instant feedback from stakeholders. This collaborative environment within Figma significantly expedited the design iteration process, resulting in a more refined and user-centric design for TextCall.

These three fundamental stages—User Research and Understanding, Design and Prototyping, and Testing and Iteration—form the foundation of the TextCall application. Initially, a deep dive into user needs and behaviors informs the design process. Then, in the Design and Prototyping phase, these insights come to life through the development of visual and interactive elements that enhance the user experience. Finally, the Testing and Iteration stage ensures that designs effectively address user needs. One of the Most Critical Features of this App was to convey to users that they can have a second digital number without the need for a service provider and without paying a service provider fee. In this context, providing clarity to users and maintaining our reliability at every stage of the process was of utmost importance to us.

Furthermore, the UI design was entirely revamped along with the latest version of the app, known as "Suna App's Latest Version." We updated the design to offer users a better visual experience, making it easier and more effective for them to navigate the app.

In conclusion, this app seamlessly combines user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to empower users to gain a second digital number independently of their service provider. It also assures reliability at every step of the way. This serves as both a powerful user experience and a testament to the strength of design principles.

To better manage the project timeline, we create a schedule and determine what needs to be done at each stage of the project. We define our users and listen to their needs and expectations. We also find out why they prefer our application and identify any potential concerns they may have.

After finding solutions to these issues, we move on to the low-fidelity wireframe process and create a user flow map. Then, we are ready to start the high-fidelity wireframe work. We create all the UI elements and begin adding color to our project, visually enhancing the design.

Finally, we enter the prototyping phase and further enhance our project by adding screen flows. At this stage, we prepare everything for the testing process. This way, our design process progresses thoughtfully and in detail.

Get Code App UX/UI Design Process

Research and Planning

Our design process began with a user-centered approach. The first step was to clarify the project's goals and objectives. Extensive market research was conducted to answer fundamental questions such as which platforms it would be used on and who the target audience was.

User Analysis

The primary focus of the Get Code App was to meet the users' needs. Therefore, user research was conducted to understand the expectations and requirements of potential users. Their motivations for using virtual number services and usage patterns were analyzed.

Mobile User Experience (UX) Design

Wireframes and prototypes were created to maximize the user experience of the mobile application. At this stage, ease of navigation, functionality, and usability were emphasized. The interface was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive.

Visual Design (UI)

The aesthetic appearance and brand identity of the Get Code App were established. Careful selections were made for the color scheme, typography, and icons. The UI design was tailored to ensure that users felt secure and trustworthy within the application.

Prototyping and Testing
